PURPOSE: An automatic spring tube welding machine is provided to improve productivity by automatically injecting air into an expandable tube through consecutive operation. CONSTITUTION: An automatic spring tube welding machine comprises a molding body(10), an inner mold, a stop board(30), and a charging nozzle(40). A forming chamber(14) of the molding body is heated by a heat source part(12) and is installed at plural spots. The inner mold is accepted in the forming chamber. An expansion tube of the inner mold is swelled by the compressed air which flows through a nozzle. The expansion tube inward pressurizes a molding body. The stop board is installed on the top of the molding body. The stop board opens and closes the inlet of the forming chamber by the operation of a cylinder. The charging nozzle is installed in the stop board.
