The cell has accumulator accumulating hydrogen, and a proton conducting layer that covers an upper surface of the accumulator. Side of the proton conducting layer is provided with a cathode (7) lying opposite to the accumulator that is directly coupled to an anode. The anode is formed in a cavity embedded within a substrate (1) that is made of silicon, and a diffusion barrier (2) is formed on the substrate, and an adhesive agent layer is formed between the diffusion barrier and accumulator. A stress-compensation layer (3) is formed on the adhesive agent layer.
