PURPOSE: A hospital stock management method and system thereof are provided to control an exhaustion of articles according to expiration date, to suitably manage the expiration date of stocks, and to handle a stock management of the articles according to a prescription. CONSTITUTION: A linkage unit(210) receives one or more consumed articles according to each prescription and an exhaustion amount from a terminal. The linkage unit stores received information in a prescription DB(data base)(310) and receives a prescription identification number. An article management unit(220) extracts the exhaustion amount and exhaustion articles from the prescription DB. The article management unit deducts the stock of an extracted exhaustion articles as the exhaustion amount of the exhaustion articles. |
