PURPOSE: A high efficient bubble floating type concentrating and dehydrating apparatus and a method for dehydrating sludge using the same are provided to efficiently implement a dehydrating process by introducing a dehydrating filtering solution, a coagulating agent, and bubbles. CONSTITUTION: A coagulation floating part introduces a dehydrating filter solution, a coagulating agent, and bubbles into sludge. A filtering part implements a solid-liquid separating process with respect to the sludge through the coagulating floating part. A separating bath(30) receives the sludge from the coagulating floating part. A drum type screen forms a filtering gap by separately arranging a plurality of ring units. A clogging preventive unit is arranged in the separating bath to eliminate solid materials from the filtering gap. A rotating shaft(50) rotatably installed at the center of a screen. |
