PURPOSE: A refrigerant system is provided to shorten defrosting time by rapidly performing a refrigerant cycle since refrigerant circulates only in an outdoor unit during a defrosting operation. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerant system comprises an outdoor heat exchanger(11), a compressor(12), an indoor heat exchanger(21), a first expansion unit(22), and a second expansion unit(16). The outdoor heat exchanger comprises a first outdoor heat exchange unit and a second outdoor heat exchange unit, which exchange heat between outdoor air and refrigerant. The compressor compresses the refrigerant. The indoor heat exchanger exchanges heat between the refrigerant and indoor air. Refrigerant toward the indoor heat exchanger is expanded in the first expansion unit. The second expansion unit is installed between the first and second outdoor heat exchange units.
