#CMT# #/CMT# The plastic rod has two regions including different rigidities in a longitudinal direction along a longitudinal axis. The regions are connected with each other by adhesives, welds or combination of adhesives and welds using a heating process and a moving process e.g. vibration process and ultrasound process. The regions are formed by spraying different granulates using an injection molding process. The plastic rod is made of polycarbonate urethane.
