The device has a common container for accommodating powdered and water application substances. A beam selector (12) is equipped with selective locking units (13a-13d). The beam selector is connected with a connection (3) of a pressure container (9) and a connection (5) of another pressure container (10) for selective application of the powdered application substance from the former pressure container and/or of the water application substance from the later pressure container. The selector is connected with a propellant gas container.
