The pan has a handle (1) including a cavity (7) with an end connected to a pan body (5). A wedging rod (2) is supported on a metallic protection cover (4) by a supporting spring (3). A linkage is provided on a side wall of the pan body at a corresponding position of the handle so as to engage with the cavity of the handle. A transversal groove (9) used for connection at a horizontal part of the rod and a retractable groove (8) used for receiving a vertical portion of the rod are provided in the linkage.
