The device has a sensor sensing solar energy at a coolant, an underground heat diffuser (D), and a control device applying a controlling mode. Energy is collected and accumulated in a forced and controlled manner, independent from transfer of natural heat to a surface or in a basement. A flat glazed type solar collector (C) is provided on a roof of a house at position of a sun during hot season. The sensor is connected to a vertically heat buried diffuser under the house. The diffuser functions as probes.
