The module has a hydrodynamic float (1) formed in the shape of wing of an airplane. A support (2) supports energy generators. A ballasted keel (3) assures stability of the module. Cables or buoy ropes are fastened at anchoring points and joined together into a single large buoyrope that is fixed with a concrete dead man. The dead man allows positioning of the module at sea or in river such that the dead man is positioned in the direction of current or near to current wire, in a predetermined space. The hydrodynamic float, ballasted keel, support, cables or buoy ropes and the large buoyrope are made of mechanically welded steel or reinforced polyester.
