PURPOSE: A sensing unit of an electrostatic touch pen and manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent abrasion by friction when contacting a touch panel. CONSTITUTION: A fiber member(110) has conductivity and is pressed to a cupola shape. A supporting member(120) is formed through insertion mold. A connecting member(130) combines the supporting member in a body part. A fixing member(140) restricts the projection length of the fiber member. A first combining aperture(141) is formed to be penetrated shaft so that the fixing member be fitted.
