PURPOSE: A microorganism fermented feed producing device is provided to electrically heat air inside a fermentation tank, and to reduce the power consumption quantity by securing the thermal insulation property of the fermentation tank. CONSTITUTION: A microorganism fermented feed producing device comprises the following: a fermentation chamber(21) for injecting and fermenting microorganisms in by-products; a fermentation tank(20) including an inlet(22) for inserting the by-products into the fermentation chamber; an impeller(30) for stirring the by-products inside the fermentation tank; a heating chamber cover(40) for forming a heat generating chamber(41); a heat generator located inside the heating chamber cover for electrically heating; and a thermal storage particle(60) surrounding the edge of the heat generator for thermal insulating.
