<p>The biological digestion process comprises dissipating the wastes on a stainless steel grid (10) and sieving on sand or granite arene (9) coarse layer, depositing solids in suspension and primary sludge from the domestic wastewater on sands by separation-settling process, transforming the resulting elements into compost by humid aerobic way, pre-digesting the pollutants contained in the wastewater and/or sewage water into structures (2) including settler-composter mounds having descending vertical flow and horizontal and finally ascending oblique by gravity discharge. The biological digestion process comprises dissipating the wastes on a stainless steel grid (10) and sieving on sand or granite arene (9) coarse layer, depositing solids in suspension and primary sludge from the domestic wastewater on sands by separation-settling process, transforming the resulting elements into compost by humid aerobic way, pre-digesting the pollutants contained in the wastewater and/or sewage water into structures (2) including settler-composter mounds having descending vertical flow and horizontal and finally ascending oblique by gravity discharge and piston effect of used water, providing a finishing treatment with a final digester of domestic wastewater. The flow of wastewater or sewage water is equal within each of the settler-composter mounds as a continuous horizontal surface flow and vertical descending flow similar to an underground river for passing descending vertical path to horizontal movement. The settler-composter mounds form an aerobic self purifier-composter system. The process allows any lateral extension by simple change of the position of one of two side walls with pooling of absorptive form of geotextiles and geomembranes (4), and new intake of aggregates and coarse sand without addition of macrophytes. Independent claims are included for: (1) a device for settling and composting coarse refusals and solid wastes from domestic wastewater and for pre-digestion of natural waste water; and (2) a process for manufacturing settling and composting device.</p> |
