The container (1) has a hollow body with a lateral wall (4') presenting an upper portion laterally projected towards the exterior. The portion defines a zone at the level of an upper opening of a bin or can, where the zone is non-covered by a base of another bin or can of another identical container. An access opening (7) is provided with a pivoting flap i.e. shutter (8), and is formed in a part of a lid or cover (5) that is extended over the zone or covers the zone that is non covered by the base of the latter container in the stacking case of the containers.
