The floor has a set of posts (2) organized in two parallel rows, where each row comprises two posts. Capitals (3) assemble the posts on top and support reinforced concrete beams. The reinforced concrete beams are integrated with the capitals, and extend longitudinally along the rows of posts. Reinforced concrete joists i.e. stiffeners (6), extend transversely between the beams, and are regularly distributed along the beams. The beams and the stiffeners are drowned in thickness of a cast-in reinforced concrete flagstone (5). An independent claim is also included for a method for constructing a concrete floor reinforced on posts.
