<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To advantageously manufacture a polarizing plate with a small regular curl, wherein a polypropylene film and a stretched transparent resin film are stuck to one surface and the other surface of a polarizing film, respectively. <P>SOLUTION: The polypropylene film 2 and the stretched film 3 are stuck to one surface and the other surface of the polarizing film 1, respectively, via respective adhesives to manufacture the polarizing plate 5. The method for manufacturing the polarizing plate includes a conveying step (A) for conveying the polarizing film 1 so that the polarizing film 1 is sandwiched by the polypropylene film 2 and the stretched film 3, a sticking step (B) for performing sticking while sandwiching the layered body in this state by a first sticking roll 15 in contact with an outer side of the polypropylene film 2 and a second sticking roll 16 in contact with an outer side of the stretched film 3, and a curing step (C) for curing the adhesives. In the sticking step (B), sticking is performed so that the ratio of tensile strength per unit sectional area applied to the stretched film 3/tensile strength per unit sectional area applied to the polypropylene film 2 is 1.34 to 1.90. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
