<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that battery characteristics are likely to be deteriorated because electrolyte enters and leaks between a solid form of a sealant, and a surface of a gasket due to low adhesion of the surface of the gasket to the solid form of the sealant. <P>SOLUTION: A coin type battery includes: a power generation element where an anode 1 and a cathode 2 are faced via a separator 3; a non-aqueous electrolyte; a metal case 6 that houses the power generation element and the non-aqueous electrolyte; and a sealing plate 5 that seals the opening part of the metal case 6, wherein the metal 6 and the sealing plate 5 are sealed via the gasket 4. The sealants 9 and 10 are disposed between the metal case 6, the sealants 5 and the gasket 4, and the gasket 4 is used whose surface has been charged, thereby preventing the leakage of the non-aqueous electrolyte and achieving a stable coin type battery. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
