<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor which exhibits a low electrostrictive strain, a low change rate of insulation resistance, when it is held at a high temperature and a superior lifetime under a high temperature load. <P>SOLUTION: Each of dielectric layers 5 is made of dielectric ceramic which contains yttrium, manganese, magnesium and ytterbium and at least one kind of rare-earth element (RE) selected from among dysprosium, holmium and erbium; has, as a main crystal phase, a crystal phase mainly constituted of barium titanate, the crystal phase composed of crystal particles having a crystal structure, based on a cubic crystal system, and contains a (Yb-RE)<SB>2</SB>TiO<SB>5</SB>phase in which the rare-earth elements are in a solid solution form. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
