<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device that is made more compact by making a piezoelectric vibration chip compact. <P>SOLUTION: A crystal vibrator 1 includes a crystal vibration chip 10 having a vibration portion 11 and a base 12, and a package 20 accommodating the crystal vibration chip 10. The crystal vibration chip 10 has a pair of lead electrodes 16a, 17a, led out of the vibration portion 11, formed on the base 12. The package 20 is provided with: an elastic resin projection 26, having a pair of conductive coating films 24, 25 formed on a surface, on a fixation surface 23 where the crystal vibration chip 10 is fixed; and an adhesive 30 is arranged at a periphery of the resin projection 26. In a state where the pair of conductive coating films 24, 25 are pressed against the pair of lead electrodes 16a, 17a through elastic deformation of the resin projection 26 and in a state that the both are electrically connected to each other, the crystal vibration chip 10 is fixed to the fixation surface 23 of the package 20 with the adhesive 30 interposed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
