<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel having an excellent antireflection characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: The touch panel includes a first conductive base material having an input face for inputting information, and a second conductive base material. At least one of the first conductive base material and the second conductive base material includes a base material having a surface, a structure comprising a large number of protrusions or recesses arranged, on the surface of the base material, with a fine pitch of wavelength or less of visible ray, and a transparent conductive film formed on the structure.
