PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging cradle device that facilitates quick mounting of a spare battery on a mobile terminal apparatus. SOLUTION: The charging cradle device includes: a mounting surface 110b for mounting the spare battery 120 to be mounted on the mobile terminal apparatus 100; a charging part for charging the spare battery while the spare battery is mounted on the mounting surface 110b; a constraint mechanism 112 for constraining the spare battery on the mounting surface; and a release mechanism 112 for releasing the constraint of the spare battery by the constraint mechanism, being interlocked with a moving operation of the mobile terminal apparatus to which the spare battery on the mounting surface is attached.
