<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system for a game hall for sorting and managing whether or not an occupation state of a player continues for a non-operating state. <P>SOLUTION: A management device determines that the non-operating state is a non-operation occupying state when person data created during an operating state right before the non-operating state are identical to person data of synthetic data during the operating state right after the non-operating state, and creates synthetic data by making the game data of non-operation occupying state correspond to the person data of the synthetic data in the immediately preceding operating state and the immediately following operating state.
