<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an assembling defective of a motor operated valve constituted by assembling a separate coil unit to a can integrated into a valve main body. <P>SOLUTION: The cylindrical can 20 equipped with a rotor therein is integrally fixed to an upper part of the valve main body 10 including a valve chamber, etc. A hemispherical projection 30 is formed in an outer peripheral part of the can 20. The coil unit 50 having a coil bobbin covered with plastic includes a boss 70. A mounting member 100 made of a metal plate is fixed by using a hole 102. A hole 112 is formed in a mounting part 110, of leg-shaped mounting parts 110 and 120 having elasticity.
