PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boot fastening structure for a constant velocity universal joint capable of stably fastening a boot without damaging the boot by even impact due to a flying stone, etc. SOLUTION: In this boot fastening structure, a ring body 100 without a projection to project in an outer diameter direction is constituted by engaging a male part 103 at one end part of a belt-shaped body 102 and a female part 104 at the other end part of the belt-shaped body 102, and the ring body 100 is externally fitted to a mounted portion of the boot for the constant velocity universal joint and the mounted portion is fastened. In the boot fastening structure, a protective member 101 for protecting the outside of an engaging part S of at least the male part 103 and the female part 104 is provided.
