PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sailing performance by restraining the deformation of an air floor. SOLUTION: A transom plate 15 is arranged at a stern part of an inflatable boat, and a recessed part 30 is formed in this transom plate 15. The air floor 20 is also arranged at the ship bottom part of the inflatable boat, and a projection part 31 is formed on one end of this air floor 20. When installing the air floor 20, the projection part 31 of the air floor 20 is inserted into the recessed part 30 of the transom plate 15. Thus, the upward movement of the air floor 20 can be regulated to the transom plate 15, and the deformation of the air floor 20 in the vicinity of the transom plate 15 can be restrained.
