PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a conveyance command in a short time while avoiding interference, and to generate a pattern in a short time. SOLUTION: A plurality of conveyance vehicles are reciprocated along the same travelling route while avoiding the interference between the conveyance vehicles. The presence of the interference between the conveyance vehicles is determined when the conveyance vehicles travel for executing the conveyance command. When the interference is present, a plurality of patterns for executing the conveyance command while avoiding the interference are generated. From the generated patterns, the pattern in which the time required for the conveyance vehicles to execute the pattern is short is selected to make the conveyance vehicles execute the conveyance command.
