PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly adhesive thermoplastic resin film which is excellent in the adhesion under high temperatures and high humidity and also excellent in antiblocking property. SOLUTION: This optical, highly-adhesive thermoplastic resin film comprising a highly adhesive thermoplastic resin, which has a coated layer on at least one side of a thermoplastic resin film, is characterized in that the coated layer contains a polyester resin that has a number-average molecular weight of 15,000 or more and has substantially no carboxylic acid group, and contains a polyurethane resin that has a polycarbonate polyol as a constitutional component, and the coated layer contains therein 0.1-2.0 mmol/g of a carbodiimide group.
