PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent a suspicious person from trespassing on a house or the like while reducing an expense which a user has to bear. SOLUTION: A crime prevention server 2 distributes crime prevention sound data 11 to a PC 4, which is set in a house 3, via a network, the crime prevention sound data being obtained by consecutively or intermittently combining a living sound, as an audible sound, with an ultrasonic wave. Plural patterns of living sounds can be generated in consideration of a user's age or a usage time period. The crime prevention server 2 selects a living sound, which is suitable to a user who wants to receive the distributed crime prevention sound data, from among the plural patterns of living sounds in accordance with the age of the user, who wants to receive the distributed sound data concerned, or the usage time period to distribute the crime prevention sound data 11.
