The present invention relates to an operating system of an online lottery using trading in financial investment products and a server device thereof, in which: when the consumer purchases a lottery with a consumer HTS terminal of the securities and futures exchange by ordering a financial investment product at a trading cost per unit in the stock exchange through the stock-net via the securities and futures exchange, the consumer purchases the lottery through the trading in the financial investment product by receiving an approval on number data as the lottery money from a trading system of the stock exchange, wherein the number data is shown by displaying the trading cost per unit as numbers and reading the determined digits in the numbers presented by changing the numbers; the type of the traded financial investment product, trading time, and the index of the corresponding trading time are shown as numbers, and lottery information data is confirmed by drawing lots with a lottery wheel; and the lottery prize money is differentially supplied on the basis of the total amount of accumulated purchase points for lottery. The most advantageous effect of the present invention is to increase the composite price index of stocks which is the economic indicator of national growth, and to develop the corresponding lottery industry by making the probability of lottery by adding 00-99/100 hours less than a second, which is the time unit at less than a second, to the normal market time on the basis of the normal market time in the stock market, so that the winning lottery numbers can be announced on a daily basis at the daily stock market closing time. |
