The present invention relates to a glass substrate lamination device for laminating two glass substrates, which includes: an upper substrate supporting unit configured to absorb and support an upper glass substrate; a lower substrate supporting unit configured to mount and support a lower glass substrate; a seal unit configured to make a space between the upper substrate supporting unit and the lower substrate supporting unit into an air tight state; and a decompression unit configured to decompress the space surrounded by the upper substrate supporting unit, the lower substrate supporting unit and the seal unit; in which the upper substrate supporting unit has, on a lower surface thereof, a substrate adsorption unit having any one of shapes of the following (A), (B) and (C): (A) a substrate adsorption unit having a rectangular frame shape, (B) a substrate adsorption unit having a shape including a rectangular frame and a straight line or curved line which connects each of facing one pair or two pairs of sides among four sides constituting the rectangle of the rectangular flame, and (C) a substrate adsorption unit having a shape including a plurality of mutually crossing straight lines or curved lines. |
