The method involves forming a reinforcement fiber structure (1) by solidification of molten plastic. The reinforcement fiber structure is pre-heated under vacuum and impregnation of plastic materials is performed with respect to the layers of pre-heated reinforcement fiber structure. An independent claim is included for device for manufacturing thermoplastic prepreg.
