PURPOSE: Waterproof structure and construction method of building floor comprising a composite sheet for ventilation and shock absorbing are provided to prevent damage to the joint of the sheet and generation of bubbles. CONSTITUTION: A waterproof structure of building floor comprising a composite sheet for ventilation and shock absorbing comprises a primer layer(110), a composite sheet(120) and a polyurethanes layer(130). The primer layer is laminated on the floor of a building. The composite sheet is formed in multi layers, and is continuously laminated on the primer. The polyurethanes layer is laminated on the composite sheet.
