<p>A method for manufacturing detachable zipper shoe mainly includes following steps: ?.designing-manufacturing cardboard: (1) designing-manufacturing last, (2) manufacturing cardboard, (3) marking out multiple series point positions for alignment; ?.manufacturing vamp: (1) manufacturing cutting die, (2) cutting, (3) marking out point positions of vamp, (4) assembling vamp, (5) assembling vamp and upper zipper; ?.manufacturing outsole: (1) forming outsole, (2) assembling outsole and lower zipper; ?.manufacturing insole: (1) manufacturing cutting die, (2) cutting, (3) assembling insole and outsole; ?. shaping vamp. Because of the multipoint alignment method adopted, the point locations of vamp, upper zipper, lower zipper, insole and outsole marked in advance are positioned in upright alignment when the shoe is being assembled, thus the misalignment phenomenon is avoided so as to ensure that the soles of the same size section can be assembled with vamps of various styles and the requirement of mass production is met.</p> |
