PURPOSE: An apparatus using renewable energy and power surplus being charged is provided to enhance availability of the renewable energy and to decentralize electricity consumption using surplus for firm power. CONSTITUTION: Power is supplied in capacitor by automatically being operated a timer at the appointed hour. Electrical energy saved in the capacitor is used for the time which supplier or user designates. Firm power is reinstated when voltage and current of a storage battery are insufficient due to heavy use of electricity. A capacity of the storage battery is decided by a user.
