PURPOSE: A vehicle engine cleaning apparatus and method are provided to improve the efficiency of cleaning the interior of a vehicle engine by discharging waste oil and the remaining materials multiple times and display the waste oil and cleaning liquid discharged after cleaning flow into waste oil and cleaning liquid storages. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle engine cleaning apparatus comprises an air supply unit(10) which supplies air at the fixed pressure to a vehicle engine, a cleaning liquid circulation unit(20) which circulates cleaning liquid through the vehicle engine, a waste oil discharge unit(30) which is transferred with the waste oil discharged from the vehicle engine, and a control unit which controls the operations of the air supply unit, the cleaning liquid circulation unit, and the waste oil discharge unit.
