<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lighting device in which further downsizing is attained by integrating a non-insulation type step-down chopper and which is easy to be applied to various power supply voltage, and is excellent in response of control in the high frequency operation. <P>SOLUTION: The LED lighting device is provided with a first circuit A in which a switching element Q1, an impedance element Z1 for current detection, and an inductor L1 are connected in series, and a second circuit B in which the inductor L1 and a freewheel diode D1 are connected in series. A secondary coil L2 is arranged in the inductor, and a power part which includes at least the switching element out of the switching element and the freewheel diode, and a control part CC constitute an IC 10 having a single package, and the LED lighting device is provided with a non-insulation type step-down chopper SDC in which at least the impedance element Z1 for current detection and the inductor L1 are after-fitted and a light-emitting diode LED which is connected to a position where an increase current and a decrease current of this chopper flow together. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
