PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reagent preparation device suppressing the wasteful use of a reagent raw solution when pure water falling short of predetermined quality is supplied. SOLUTION: The reagent preparation device 4 includes first and second dilution chambers 43 and 44, which are configured to supply a mixed solution containing RO water and a reagent of high concentration to a measuring part 2, which uses a reagent to measure a specimen, as the reagent and mix the RO water and the reagent raw solution, an electric conductivity measuring unit 400 for measuring the quality of the RO water and a control part 48 for controlling the flow of the RO water on the basis of electric conductivity Z<SB>W</SB>obtained by measuring the RO water.
