The device has a remote controlling system with a vehicle equipment and a hand attachment. A transceiver is inserted in the vehicle equipment and the hand attachment. A battery charger is provided on a board of an electric vehicle. On- and off-switching and charging condition of drive battery is monitored from a distance by the remote controlling system.
