<p>Disclosed is a load control device (10) which allocates transaction processing to a plurality of computation resources, wherein the load control device (10) comprises: a reception section (101) which receives a transaction processing request; an allocation control section (102) which selects a suitable allocation destination for the received transaction and stores the transaction in a transmission queue (103) provided for each allocation destination; a transmission section (104) which transmits transaction data stored in the transmission queue (103) to a corresponding allocation destination; an overflow detection section (105) which monitors whether or not the amount of transactions accumulated in the transmission queue (103) corresponding to each allocation destination exceeds an upper limit; and a reallocation section (106) which once again selects an allocation destination for stored transactions exceeding the upper limit, if it is found as a result of the monitoring performed by the overflow detection section (105) that the amount of transactions exceeds the upper limit.</p> |
