摘要 <p>The device has high frequency sources, and two electrodes, which are attached at the high frequency sources. A layer comprises an electrical conductive graph structure and conductively connects the two electrodes together. The graph structure is provided in a form of a freely carrying planar bucky paper layer (11) and comprises disordered or ordered or combed single-wall and/or multi-wall carbon nano tubes. The graph structure is contacted and/or attached at metallic functional layers of a substrate e.g. silicon or silicon nitride, by wire bonding techniques by openings (14). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a probe for non-destructive material testing with ultrasound and/or for medical ultrasound applications (2) a method for non-destructive material testing for medical diagnosis or therapy.</p>
