WOOD PLASTIC COMPOUND AND PREPARING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for preparing lightweight wood plastics is provided to prepare the resin foam with stable and uniform porosity while not changing the appearance of wood plastics between the air gap of polymer molecules through carbon dioxide. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing lightweight wood plastics comprises the steps of: (i) preparing a resin composition consisting of 20-50 weight% of wood fiber or wood mill, 50-70 weight% of the resin, and 3-10 weight% of a polyolefin-based block copolymer grafted with maleic anhydrides in a pellet form; (ii) impregnating supercritical carbon dioxide into the pellets under the pressure of 10-25 Mpa; and (iii) forming a porous structure by discharging carbon dioxide from the pellets into which supercritical carbon dioxide is impregnated to the outside.
