<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relatively easily create a code display medium. <P>SOLUTION: This information processing apparatus includes: a readout unit; a data generating unit; and a data output unit. The readout unit is configured to read out, from a storing unit, operation unit information including pieces of allocated information respectively allocated to the operation units of an information output device (step S1). The data generating unit is configured to generate the print data of a code display medium on which code symbols obtained by respectively symbolizing the pieces of allocated information are displayed (step S2).
