<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain high rigidity and longer operating life in a rolling bearing device mounted on a narrow space without enlarging the device size. <P>SOLUTION: The bearing device includes an inner race member 2 having a flange 15 in its outer circumferential surface on one axial side and axial double-line first and second inner race surfaces 16, 17 in an outer circumferential surface on the other axial side; an outer race member 1 having axial double-line first and second outer race surfaces 12, 13, opposed axially to the double-line first and second inner race surfaces 16, 17 of the inner race member 2 in its inner circumferential surface and a flange 14 in its outer circumferential surface; and groups 4, 5 of axial double-line first and second rolling elements interposed between the first and second outer race surfaces 12, 13 of the outer race member 1 and the first and second inner race surfaces 16, 17 of the inner race member 2. The relationship between the pitch circle diameter D<SB>1</SB>of the group of the first rolling elements 4 and the pitch circle diameter D<SB>2</SB>of the group of the second rolling elements 5 is set as D<SB>1</SB>>D<SB>2</SB>. Each rolling element in the group of the first rolling elements 4 is set smaller in diameter, while the number of the rolling elements in the group of the first rolling elements 4 is increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
