摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric laminate having a high electromechanical coupling coefficient, stable temperature properties, and a high surface acoustic wave propagation velocity, a surface acoustic wave device including the piezoelectric laminate, a thin-film piezoelectric resonator, and a piezoelectric actuator. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric laminate 100 includes a base 1 and a first piezoelectric layer 3 that is formed above the base 1 and is formed of potassium sodium niobate. The first piezoelectric layer is expressed by a compositional formula (K<SB>a</SB>Na<SB>1-a</SB>)<SB>x</SB>NbO<SB>3</SB>, wherein a and x are respectively 0.1<a<1 and 1≤x≤1.2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
