<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device having a structure capable of thinning a film thickness of a thermal conductive member. <P>SOLUTION: The light-emitting device is provided with a supporting substrate, an organic EL element arranged on the supporting substrate, a thermal conductive member arranged on the organic EL element, and a sealing substrate for sealing the organic EL element located in this order. The sealing substrate has a protruded part protruding toward the organic EL element, and the protruded part and the organic EL element are stuck together with the thermal conductive member interposed. When viewed from one side in a thickness direction of the supporting substrate, the protruded part is arranged so that its one part or the whole is superposed on the organic EL element, and an area of a region where the protruded part and the organic EL element are superposed is smaller than that of the organic EL element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
