PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple vertical window in a simple constitution for renovation, which can prevent intrusion of rainwater into an indoor side in the renovation of the multiple vertical window. SOLUTION: A fixed screen 11 is provided on a transom 9; a sliding screen 13 is provided under the transom 9; a space 29 formed between a skeleton 2 and an existing jamb 15, and a jamb 3, and a space 33 formed between the skeleton 2 and an existing head 31, and a head 5 communicate with each other; an indoor-side portion is kept airtight; right and left jambs 3 and an outdoor-side portion of the upper frame 5 have airtight materials 25 and 37 for keeping a section between them and the skeleton 2 airtight; the transom 9 having a hollow portion 51 makes a left-side end abut on a depth surface of the left-side jamb 3 and makes a right-side end abut on a depth surface of the right-side jamb 3; a communication hole 53 communicating with outside air is formed on the undersurface of the transom 9; and communication holes 30 communicating with the hollow portion 51 of the transom 9 are formed on the surfaces, abutting on the transom 9, of the right and left jambs 3 and 3, respectively.
