PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-liquid mixture liquid generating apparatus for generating a gas-liquid mixture liquid wherein gas exists as stable nano-sized bubbles in the liquid in high density over a long period. SOLUTION: The gas-liquid mixture liquid generating apparatus includes: a gas injection part 1 injecting the gas into liquid, a pressurizing part 3 generating the pressurized gas-liquid mixture liquid by pressurizing the liquid, injected with the gas at a pressurizing speed of 0.1 MPa/sec or more, to 0.15 MPa or more; and a decompression part 5 decompressing the gas-liquid mixture liquid, generated in the pressurizing part 3 at a decompression speed of 2,000 MPa/sec or less, to the atmospheric pressure while sending the gas-liquid mixture liquid. After generating the gas-liquid mixture liquid by pressurizing the liquid injected with the gas by the gas injection part 1 by the pressurizing part 3, the gas-liquid mixture liquid is sent to the decompression part 5 to generate the gas-liquid mixture liquid with the nano-sized bubbles mixed into the liquid.
