PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct a test without human intervention in an environment close to an actual operating situation. SOLUTION: Operation information that records operation data generated by an operation unit 3a of a target device 3 and a temporary stopping instruction waiting for completion of operation of a machine unit 3b is stored in a storage means 1a of a testing device 1. The testing device 1 reads the operation information in time series, and when the operation data is read, an operation data output means 1c outputs the operation data to the target device 3. When the temporary stopping instruction is read, a synchronization means 1d stops the output of the operation data by the operation data output means 1c until notified of the completion of operation from a robot 2.
