PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile fall prevention implement for connecting a safety belt of a worker, which gives a sense of stability, makes it easy to work, and prevents a fall or downfall accident when working on a pile where long steel materials are stacked in piles so as to be temporarily placed. SOLUTION: The mobile fall prevention implement 1 comprises: an implement base 2 composed of steel materials of the same type as steel materials stacked on a pile 20 where long steel materials are stacked in piles so as to be temporarily placed; master rope column supports 3 disposed on both end parts of the implement base 2; and a master rope steel material 4 provided across between the master rope column supports 3 in parallel to the implement base 2, wherein a safety belt of the worker working on the pile 20 is connected to the master rope steel material 4 and the worker can work while moving on the pile 20. The implement base 2 of the mobile fall prevention implement 1 is the same type of steel material as the steel materials stacked on the pile 20, so that the mobile fall prevention implement can be moved at a timing at which the steel materials comprising the pile 20 are conveyed and stacked by a crane or the like and with the same means for conveying and stacking the steel materials.
