AIR MATTRESS

Disclosed is an air mattress, the internal pressure of which can be controlled in a manner corresponding to the movements of a bed. Said air mattress is provided with: a plurality of air cell groups arrayed in the long direction of the air mattress, each of said air cell groups comprising a plurality of pouch-shaped cells; an air intake/removal pump; and air tubes that separately connect at least two of the aforementioned air cell groups to the air intake/removal pump. A control unit receives at least some of the information detected by external sensors that detect information necessary for control of the bed. On the basis of the received information, the control unit controls intake and removal of air to and from each air cell group by the air intake/removal pump.
